Lakhdar Saïfi

Lakhdar Saïfi worked in leading French law firms before joining the Firm as a Senior Counsel in September 2023 as Senior Counsel.

He specializes in private equity (venture capital, growth equity), mergers & acquisitions, capital market and has developed expertise in sports law.

Lakhdar’s transversal approach enables him to assist with growth companies as well as the investment funds and industrial investors which finance them.

In particular, Lakhdar assists growth companies and their managing shareholders, especially in the software, e-sport and medical technologies sectors. He also advises professional athletes and sports agents in various sports (football, tennis).

Lakhdar holds a Master 2 in Mergers-Acquisitions and Financing from University Paris Saclay and a Master 1 in Business Law from University Montpellier. He is fluent in English and has notions of Arabic and Italian.
