Alexandre Vispi

Alexandre is a Senior Counsel with Harlay Avocats, which he joined in 2022.

His practice focuses on intellectual property, technology, commercial and real estate law (commercial leases).

Alexandre advises private companies and public entities in a wide range of business sectors, including software publishing, the automotive industry, the agri-food industry, healthcare, luxury, and the management of historic monuments, from the development to the implementation of their projects.

He assists our clients in drafting and negotiating their contracts, oversees the protection of their intangible assets, and defends their interests before the courts and intellectual property offices, particularly in actions for infringement and unfair competition.

Alexandre holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law and Valuation of Intangible Assets from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) and a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg. He is fluent in English.
