Camille Even

Camille Even is a Senior Counsel with Harlay Avocats. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017 and joined the firm in May 2020.

Prior to joining Harlay, Camille was in-house counsel and worked in human resources departments for an SME and a subsidiary of a major French group. She has also gathered various experiences in business law firms of all sizes (French and international) with a strong litigation focus.

With Harlay, Camille is part of the Employment and Human Resources Department, advising and litigating on all aspects of individual and collective employment issues.

She assists and advises international companies on setting up, expanding and restructuring their activities in France, and has developed a strong expertise in restructuring operations.

She also provides day-to-day support to a wide range of clients in managing their human resources, adopting a pragmatic and operational approach.

Camille holds a master’s degree in Employment Law from Paris Saclay University and a master’s degree in Private Law from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University. She is a member of AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers and is fluent in English.
