Charlotte Striffler

Charlotte Striffler is a Senior Counsel at Harlay Avocats. She worked in leading business law firms and public institutions in France and abroad before joining the Firm in 2020.

She specializes in private equity (seed/growth equity and venture capital), mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Charlotte advises companies at all stages of their development, and has also developed expertise in assisting so-called “impact players”, particularly taking the form of “sociétés à mission”. Her global approach enables her to support innovative, high-growth companies as well as investment funds, industrial investors and business angels which finance them, particularly in the new technologies, software, biotech/medtech and fintech sectors.

Charlotte holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas and a Master 1 in European Law from the University of Strasbourg. She is fluent in English.
