Domitille Philippe

Domitille Philippe is a Senior Counsel at Harlay Avocats, which she joined in 2015 after practicing in law firms specialized in IP/IT.

She advises on intellectual property, IT projects, personal data protection, and, more broadly, all contractual aspects of commercial law.

Domitille assists companies in drafting contracts and analyzing the regulatory framework for innovative technologies (including software solutions, biotech/medtech, and fintech), ensuring compliance with personal data processing and developing pre-litigation and litigation strategies.

Domitille holds an LL.M. in International Business Law (from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas/INSEAD in Singapore) and a Master 2 in Multimedia and IT Law from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). She is fluent in English.
