Jonathan Saal

Jonathan Saal is a Senior Counsel at Harlay Avocats. He is specialized in business litigation.

In this capacity, Jonathan advises and assists corporate clients and individuals in the context of complex litigation.

His practice is mainly focused on the resolution of commercial litigation, issues related to the performance of all types of contracts, liability law, but also insolvency law and criminal business law. In this respect, Jonathan regularly pleads before civil, commercial and criminal courts.

Jonathan began his career with leading Anglo-Saxon and French law firms, before joining Kahn & Associés in 2012.

He holds a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a DESS in European business law from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a Master’s degree in business law from ESG Paris.
