Olivia Houy-Boussard

Olivia Houy-Boussard is a Senior Counsel with Harlay Avocats. Admitted to the Bar since 2010, she joined the firm in March 2024 after practising for almost 10 years with the employment law firm Barthélémy Avocats as well as in smaller French business law firms.

With Harlay, Olivia is part of the Employment Law and Human Resources Department and advises clients on individual and collective litigations; she also focuses on defending the interests of companies and their managers, in particular before the social security courts in the context of disputes between them and the Social Security agency (URSSAF) and the public health insurance body (CPAM).

Olivia also advises Management Committees and Human Resources departments of  French or multinational companies, associations and federations on a day to day basis, helping them build tailor-made solutions, in line with both their culture and their development strategies.

Olivia holds a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil.
