Mehdi Caussanel-Haji
A former HR director who has worked for a number of Anglo-Saxon law firms (including Ernst & Young), and a partner for more than 15 years in a leading employment law firm (and co-head of the Paris office), Mehdi Caussanel-Haji joined us in March 2024 and is co-heading the Employment Law – Human Resources department with Frédérique David.
He takes a proactive approach to Human Resources and Social Engineering, focusing on the operational in the aim of defining an effective risk management strategy for both the company and its directors, while at the same time preserving said company’s brand image.
He works with individual companies, groups of companies, and high-growth innovative businesses on the day-to-day management of their human resources, and on strategic partnerships, change management, leveraging remuneration and social protection, on-loan staffing operations, guarding against URSSAF inspections and charges of illegal employment.
In this context he supports our French and international clients in the following areas:

A Doctor of Employment Law (under the direction of Professor Paul-Henri Antonmattei), he has authored a number of articles and books. He devotes part of his business to training for companies and professional and academic bodies.
